We are excited to announce our 2023 Holiday Advent Calendar! Available to pre-order on the 4th August, at 5pm BST.
Last year, we worked with Andrea Mowry on a fabulously bold Embrace Fade cowl. We're going one step further this time round.
The Qing Studio team are teaming up with two of our favourite knitwear designers, Lydia Morrow and Florence Spurling, to create two unique advent calendars. That means you get to choose your favourite theme!
Both calendar variations will contain their own unique pattern, themed yarn colourways and accessories.

Lydia Morrow's Advent Calendar
Designer, stylist, creative director and genius @whatlydiamade is inspired by a retro spaceage vibe.
Get ready for a campy, glitzy, 1960s themed Christmas inspired by Lydia’s love of vintage firework packaging, charm bracelets, mid-century modernism, sleek lines, bold colours and geometric patterns to create her very own retro-futuristic space.

Florence Spurling's Advent Calendar
@florence_spurling_studio’s pattern and chosen colourways are inspired by Welsh tapestry patterns and woven manuscripts.
Wales is renowned for its weaving and textile heritage, traditionally taking place in cottages, outhouses and sitting rooms. Few communities existed without the rattle of the spinning wheel.
We are so excited to feature Florence’s ode to Wales, which includes stunning geometric patterns, romantic tapestries and winding valleys.

What is in The Advent Calendar?
Your calendar will include a brand new pattern created by either Florence or Lydia, several Merino Fingering Mini yarn skeins in colours to match each theme and fun, unique accessories.
When do The Advent Calendars go on Sale?
Advent calendars will be available to pre-order from the 4th August at 5pm BST.
When Will I Receive My Advent Calendar?
After the pre-sale, our Qing Studio experts will proceed to hand-dye your yarn and assemble the calendars packages. You will receive your order in November.
