The Mochi Sweater is all about being oversized, from the slouchy fit to the unusual drape of the sleeves. We love to feel comfy but also want an edge to our clothes and the Mochi Sweater ticks all the boxes.
The Mochi Jumper is knitted seamlessly from the top down, using increases for the raglan shaping. It has 1x1 ribbing throughout the upper body section and stockinette for the lower body. Short-rows and decreases form the fan shape of the sleeves.
The pattern has links to handy videos for the more complicated sections and diagrams to help explain some techniques.
We have been knitting it up in our Melted Baby Suri, but any fingering weight yarn will suit this pattern.
