In June we released our second Mystery Box of the year, the 'Summer In Sorrento' Mystery Box made in collaboration with Jaime Creates. After popular demand we've decided to bring them back for a second pre-order.💛 Now the mystery is revealed, its time to dive in and create your very own 'Sorrento Shrug'!

Pre-Order & Delivery

• Pre-Orders close November 1st at 7pm GMT( 3pm EST | 6am ACT), please note this is based on limited quantities so pre-orders may closer earlier or.
  
  
• Your order will be sent out to you between mid and end of December 2024, you will receive a tracking link to track your order from door to door (both UK and international orders).
  
  
• You will receive your 'Summer In Sorrento Shrug' pattern pdf in your order confirmation email, which will arrive with you around 5 minutes after purchasing your box.
  

Please make a separate order if making any additional non pre-order purchases. If purchased with the 'Summer In Sorrento' Box we will not be able to send them until the shipment of your box is ready.

What's the theme?

Imagine strolling through sunlit piazzas in Sorrento, Southern Italy. The scent of fresh lemons in the air, and the gentle sound of waves lapping against the cliffs below. This Mediterranean-inspired colour palette combines sunny citrus brights, warm sunset tones and azure ocean hues

The Bases

You will receive x4 skeins in total, x2 each of our Melted Baby Suri and Dashing Sassy bases.

Dashing Sassy -  Our Dashing Sassy Singles are our single-ply fingering yarn made out of 100% Ultra fine South African Merino. With a unique soft, sheer, fluffy texture that creates amazing drape and softness in your makes and is really comfortable against the skin. Perfect for tops, sweaters and special projects.   400m|100g

Melted Baby Suri - An ultra-fine, brushed, baby alpaca and silk yarn. Perfect for fingering weight projects, it adds amazing fluffiness that makes it super warm and lux!  175m|50g

The Pattern

The 'Sorrento Shrug' pattern is designed by the talented Jaime Creates and was originally created for the Qing Fibre x Jaime Creates 'Summer In Sorrento' Mystery Box released in Summer 2024.

The Sorrento Shrug is made measure and worked up in one piece and is entirely
seamless. See the last image for sizing information.

Needles:
- 7 mm circular needle: Cable lengths: 40-60 cm (or 80-100 cm if you prefer
magic loop)
- 5.5 mm circular needle (or DPNs) for i-cord strap
- 4.5 mm circular needle (or DPNs) for i-cord edging
