The Garment

Following our infamous 'Valentines Thong' we have now released its partner in...love - the 'Valentines Bralette'! With a pattern that is completely personalised to your own measurements and a range of our suggested yarn bases and colours to choose from, you can now create your one of a kind slow fashion lingerie set!

There are two fully adjustable strap options, one is completely made with lace and the other joins to another piece of elastic in casing, making for a more sturdy option.

Notions

We have put together a notion kit including x1 2cm Bra Clasp, X1 Pair of Strap Extenders (x2 1.8cm Rings, x2 1.8cm Sliders) and x1 meter 2cm Lingerie Elastic, you can buy this here!

Full Notion List:

• Elastic: 1.5 - 2cm / 0.5 - 0.75in wide in a similar colour to yarn being used.

Yarn & Sizing

Sample 1 is knitted in bra size 32DD and uses x1 Veranita Skein in 'Paris' and x1 Veranita Skein in 'Pistachio' (yarn held double).

Sample 2 is knitted in bra size 32DD and uses x2 Souffle Pure Skeins in 'Lace' (yarn held double).

Made to Measure

IMPORTANT

****This bralette will offer the same support you would expect a lace bralette would do, and so may not be suitable for those who have a larger bust and are looking for the support and underwired bra would do- if you are happy with a relaxed fit then we think this will look amazing on you! ****

The pattern includes an excel spreadsheet which when your measurements are added it calculates your yardage and other key stitch count information. If you want to purchase your yarn prior to buying the pattern please see the below estimates, these are based on bust/chest circumference information. Please note this is only an estimate and we advise buying the pattern first if you want the exact yardage or alternatively buy an extra skein of yarn if you are on the top range of the measurement to be on the safe side- you can always use the excess to knit the 'Valentines Thong' pattern!

*this is based on using lace weight yarn held double as suggested in the pattern. If you want a loser knit and only hold the yarn single then you can half the below yardage estimates.

Bust Circumference up to 90cm = x1 Skein Veranita (325m), or x1 Skein Gentle Lace (800m), or x 1-2 Skeins Souffle Pure (212m) (Depends on it is held double or not)
