The Pattern
The perfect jumper pattern to use up your old and oddball yarn. Parquet Jumper's fluffy texture utilises a dip stitch, which results in loops of yarn that sit on top of the core fabric. We were inspired by chevron-shaped parquet flooring - something which you would probably recognise laid in school halls. Hopefully, it brings back good memories!
We have used six strands, held together, of lace-weight yarn; the equivalent of one strand of chunky-weight yarn. Our stitches use Kid Mohair Silk but you can replace this with your favoured yarn, making this project the perfect stash-buster piece!
Featuring a cropped, oversized, boxy fit with a lovely high neck.
